Jennifer is the Program Manager for the TMCi Accelerator for Cancer Therapeutics, funded by the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) and launched in collaboration with the Gulf Coast Consortia (GCC) and the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) to support Texas-based biotech entrepreneurs and researchers contemplating translations alongside institutional technology transfer teams. Jennifer comes to TMCi as a solutions-driven general manager with 13 years of multi-industry experience leading operational initiatives, developing high-producing teams, and driving results through engagement and collaboration.

Before joining TMCi, Jennifer worked in business development for a recruiting firm. She established a new market position on the west side of Houston and orchestrated many networking and marketing events to build brand awareness. Before that, Jennifer worked for several prestigious brands in the retail industry, spanning over 11 years. She was in the direct-to-consumer space, working in general manager roles, leading operations and merchandising with buying and planning teams, opening new brand locations, and directing special projects. Jennifer brings vast experience centered around process refinement, organizational development to benefit multiple stakeholders, people development, and optimization of workflows.

Jennifer is passionate about her professional growth and delivering meaningful work. She is thrilled to have found a role that combines her passions and, most importantly, where the Texas healthcare community directly benefits. Jennifer holds a double bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Houston.
