Providing Early-Stage Companies Space to Grow

Promising early-stage companies and entrepreneurs are eligible to apply for a lease in TMCx+, where they will be immersed in an environment and culture that fosters long-term success.

TMCx+ offers the following space options:

  • TMCx+ Suite: Measuring an average of 600 square feet, private suites consist of two smaller offices with access to an open, multi-user work area.
  • TMCx+ Office: Ranging from 200 to 400 square feet; these offices are either situated within a shared TMCx+ private suite or have their own private entrances.
  • Dedicated Workstation: A 6 x 4- or 12 x 4-foot workspace suited for one to eight individuals located in either TMCx+ or TMCx.
  • Shared Workstation: A shared 6 x 4- or 12 x 4-foot workspace suited for one to eight individuals located in either TMCx+ or TMCx.

Listed below are a few of the amenities TMCx+ offers:

  • Private meeting rooms fully equipped with wall-mounted monitors and Apple TVs.
  • A reception area with a concierge and restricted access.
  • Common space with kitchen facilities.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi technology and printing services.
  • Access to TMCx programming, events, mentorship and other resources in the TMC Innovation Institute.
