Open to high school students in grades 9-12, this five-day summit is a great opportunity to explore challenges and solutions facing modern-day medicine with leading experts from the world-renowned Texas Medical Center. Partnering with some of the brightest minds in medicine today, the GTMS will provide unparalleled access to and interaction with medical thought leaders at the intersection of research, clinical practice, policy, and entrepreneurial business practices. The experience will include a mix of conversations, visits to cutting-edge labs, a chance to stretch yourself with ethical case studies and a group-based design challenge, as well as great food and evening social activities to get to know the other students in the program. Students who choose the overnight option will stay close to the Museum.
