Houston Methodist Fifth Annual System Patient Safety Symposium: Safety Culture

The Fifth Annual System Patient Safety Symposium will be held Friday, April 29, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The virtual Patient Safety Symposium spotlights Safety Culture: methods and best practices to create a culture of safety for both patients and health care providers based on trust, communication and development. Organizations and leaders can apply these patient safety practices to target continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence. Keynote speakers include Astronaut Mike Mullane and Pat Harrison, vice president of System Quality and Patient Safety.
