The Helix Park Mixed-Use Facility, currently in development, is a key component of the 50,000 SF of retail space that will emerge across the Helix Park campus. The building will offer extensive ground-level retail, as well as ample parking for up to 2,000 vehicles. In addition, its location is ideal, within easy walking distance of the Helix Park Hotel and Conference Center, as well as all Helix Park Phase One buildings.
