Texas Medical Center Launches New Bespoke Catering Services for Houston Community, III Catering
HOUSTON (August 6, 2025) – Texas Medical Center has launched III Catering, a new culinary venture designed to serve corporate events, galas, conferences, and social gatherings of all kinds. Backed by more than 20 years of hospitality experience, TMC III Catering will provide an all-inclusive suite of services with customizable menus, professional planning support, and venue rentals.

III Catering simplifies the catering experience for individuals and organizations with flexible service options, including drop-off catering, passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet-style service, and box lunches. Inspired by global flavors and seasonal ingredients, the menu features a diverse gourmet selection, including barbecue, Tex-Mex, Mediterranean, Asian fusion, and vegan and vegetarian options.
