Texas Medical Center Appoints Chip Clarke to Board of Directors
Real estate leader at Houston-based Transwestern to help further TMC’s strategic growth
Texas Medical Center (TMC) today announced the appointment of Chip Clarke, Chief Revenue Officer at Transwestern, to its Board of Directors. A global executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Clarke brings extensive expertise in scaling corporate initiatives, managing strategic client accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth nationally.

At Transwestern, Clarke has been instrumental in guiding the firm’s geographic and service line expansion, assuming positions of greater responsibility across the Southwest and Western U.S. before being named CRO in 2024. He also has played an integral role in developing a structured Strategic Account Management program that reflects the firm’s commitment to service excellence, and has championed initiatives that develop future leaders, such as Transwestern Young Professionals, which connects team members through networking, business development, and community service.

Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed real estate professional in Colorado and Texas. In 2024, Real Estate Forum magazine recognized him as one of the Best Bosses in Commercial Real Estate.
