Transportation
Holcombe Blvd. Eastbound Lane Closures | FEB 16TH – MAY 15TH
Holcombe Blvd., from Mercer St. to Fannin St., will have intermittent lane closures for METRO street resurfacing work.
Lamar Fleming Ave Street and Sidewalk Closure | March 21ST – 22ND
Lamar Fleming Ave. will be temporarily closed, impacting access to Garage 10, 6700 MD Anderson Blvd., east entrance and exit, and the RR Lot (located on the east side of Garage 10). RR contract parkers will be contacted and temporarily relocated to Garage 10.
MD Anderson Blvd. Street Closure | Mid March – APR 5TH
- All lanes of MD Anderson Blvd. will be closed to through traffic from Moursund St. to Garage 10, 6700 MD Anderson Blvd., for CenterPoint Energy electrical work.
- Garages 5, 1001 Braeswood Blvd., and 10 will be accessible via Holcombe Blvd. or Lamar Fleming St.
- Garage 6, 1329 Moursund St., will be accessible only from Moursund St.
Braeswood Blvd. Lane Closures | APR 1ST – JUN 1ST
Multiple lanes on Braeswood, from Cambridge to Holcombe, will be closed for a City of Houston sanitary sewer rehabilitation project.
TMC Building Alerts
The Commons | 6550 Bertner Ave. | JAN – DEC 2026
The Commons will remain open during the building renovation with food service provided by Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and rotating lunch vendors through Fooda.
