Exciting Changes are coming to TMC Commons
During renovations, food and beverage options will be open and operational.
A reimagined dining experience is taking shape at The Commons Food Hall. The redesigned space creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas and introduces a new park space with outdoor seating options.
Garage 15 parking remains fully open and undisturbed during this time. There are no construction plans or changes to the parking floors at the TMC Commons. If you have questions, please contact our parking team at 713-791-6161.

Dine Options
- The Commons Food Hall construction on first floor begins in January 2026.
- Construction begins on the exterior and interior west side of TMC Commons.
- The east side will remain operational with limited food and beverage services during phase one.
- Temporary restrooms will be available during phase one.
