Kane is also an assistant professor of surgery and pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. Kane\u2019s clinical and research interests include the full spectrum of congenital heart surgery, with a particular interest in neonatal palliation and outcomes-based research. She previously served as assistant professor of congenital heart surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
