Devin Dunn serves as Vice President of Innovation at the Texas Medical Center Innovation Factory, where she leads strategy and business development across the organization’s accelerator programs, international partnerships, and broader innovation initiatives. Since joining TMCi in 2022, she has helped scale TMCi’s accelerator portfolio across medtech and biotech and expand its footprint across Europe and Asia, building bridges between global innovation ecosystems and the Texas Medical Center’s network of member institutions. Her work focuses on connecting promising healthcare startups with the clinical expertise, resources, and go-to-market support needed to bring their innovations to patients.

Before TMCi, Devin held leadership roles at high-growth start-up Huma, where she directed the company’s U.S. operations, and Premier Inc., where she advised health systems on population health and value-based care strategy. She holds a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas Health Science Center and a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior and Health Care Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Devin spends most of her time with her husband and two kids — happily playing on the floor and cheering from the sidelines.
