Brian is lead counsel for real estate development and business transactions and is part of TMC’s overall strategic development team. Brian was previously Senior Counsel at Live Nation, focusing on venue development, and prior to that, an associate at Mayer Brown in Chicago. Brian is a graduate of Middlebury College and Boston University School of Law.
