Vice President of Strategy
As Vice President of Strategy at the Texas Medical Center, Ashley McPhail provides internal leadership guidance to drive organizational operations, and is responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives to foster collaboration across the TMC’s 61 member institutions.
Prior to TMC, Ashley worked for GMMB, INC in Washington, D.C. as a Senior Account Executive providing campaign and communication strategy for global health and domestic health care clients, including The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the United Nations Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Ashley earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College. Ashley serves on the Millsaps College Board of Visitors and is actively involved with the Junior League of Houston and the Houston Symphony’s Young Associates Council.
