Megan is the Program Manager for the TMCi HealthTech Accelerator. The HealthTech Accelerator supports emerging digital health and medical device startups by connecting them to mentors, service providers, clinical champions, and corporate partners who share the commitment to improving access, quality, and cost of healthcare. Megan is passionate about supporting companies through their Accelerator journey and serving as a resource however they may need.

With a strong business and healthcare administration foundation, Megan brings a dynamic and analytical approach to the evolving healthcare landscape. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mays Business School and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the School of Public Health. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Megan is confident in applying process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation in problem resolution.

Before joining TMC Innovation, Megan served as a Population Health Analyst at Harris Health, helping to develop data-driven strategies to enhance patient outcomes. One of her main projects was managing the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation process for 19 outpatient clinics through the National Center for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
