Courtney Cogdill

Business Operations Manager

As the Business Operations Manager for the TMC Innovation Institute, Courtney oversees operations of our core business functions, as well as aligns operations and strategy across a wide range of initiatives. She provides decision-support that helps with everything from optimizing day-to-day operations to overseeing communications and managing key relationships.

Prior to joining TMC Innovation Institute in 2016, she lived in Fresno, Calif., worked for nine years at the Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, most recently as an executive assistant to the chief nursing officer and associated administrator. She began her career there as a monitor technician reading EKGs, and worked her way up.

In addition, she owned a wedding and event coordinating business in Fresno, and she also worked with a florist on event and floral design.

When she is not at work, Courtney is traveling around Houston looking for the best glass of wine.
