Paint & Process is a series of 2-hour workshops, each exploring psychological and physiological reasons on why we dream, store memories, reflect on experiences, and feel passion, while also creating a beautiful piece of art to take home using books, charcoal, and paint. These workshops offer participants a structured yet expressive environment to explore the healing power of art through altered bookmaking, anatomical drawing, and freestyle painting.
The purpose is to provide a structured yet creative space for individuals to gain scientific insights on each topic while promoting overall well-being through artistic practices.
