This year’s Assembly in Houston, Texas, brings together the family of medicine for two dynamic days of CME, collaboration, and inspiration. Taking place at the state-of-the-art TMC3 at Helix Park, this year’s program explores the science of performance, recovery, and physician leadership through expert-led sessions in sports medicine, regenerative therapies, ultrasound-guided care, exercise science, and mental resilience. Attendees will gain practical insights they can apply immediately while connecting with colleagues across specialties.

Take advantage of a program designed to advance your knowledge, strengthen your skills, while earning CME credit through an optional pre-Assembly Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Bootcamp and Assembly sessions covering pain management and opioid use, patient safety, medical ethics, and physician well-being. Then, extend your Assembly experience with two special evening events that bring the SMA community together for networking, celebration, and connection.

With an agenda covering a diverse range of medical topics, every presentation is peer-reviewed by SMA’s Planning Committee of highly respected clinicians, ensuring compliance with or exceeding the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education’s (ACCME) educational standards. The Southern Medical Association is accredited by ACCME to provide CME accreditation for physicians.
