RAD Microbes is a hands-on workshop that explores end-to-end microbial genome analysis, focusing on making thoughtful, informed decisions at every stage—including library preparation, sequencing, bioinformatic tool selection, parameter settings, and result interpretation. The boot camp is designed for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and investigators from diverse backgrounds and interests. May 4-6 at Rice University’s BRC.
