MD Anderson International Symposium on the Surgical Management of Rectal Cancer

Overview
This conference will address the multidisciplinary management of complex rectal cancer. From attending the conference, physicians will increase their knowledge on anatomy, techniques of complex rectal cancer resection through a minimally invasive approach, and understand the international gaps on surgical management of complex rectal cancer.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

Utilize knowledge of multidisciplinary management in the treatment of complex rectal cancer;
Enhance knowledge on anatomy and techniques of complex rectal cancer resection through a minimally invasive approach, and
Assess the international gaps on surgical management of complex rectal cancer.
