Community Open House: Not All #CareHeroes Wear Capes
National Hospice and Palliative Care Month
This year’s theme is #CareHeroes, and it highlights the dedication of hospice caregivers who provide the best possible compassionate, end-of-life care to patients and support to families. We also recognize the care heroes at home who play a vital role in the care plan of their loved ones. Not All #CareHeroes Wear Capes.
Join Houston Hospice for a community open house. Meet our disciplinary team to learn more about the importance of quality end-of-life care, how we support not only the patient but the entire family, and the difference we make as a nonprofit hospice organization.
Team members from clinical, bereavement, social work, chaplaincy, volunteers, community outreach, philanthropy, and business development will be on hand to answer your questions.
