Breathing After Beryl: A Community Care Gathering

In the wake of Hurricane Beryl, the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center and partnering organizations in the Greater Houston Healing Collaborative (GHHC) are answering the call to action. Join us online to gather and reflect on the recent hurricane’s impacts on us as a community. Together, we will practice Mind Body Skills to help us connect, decompress, and discuss future opportunities to come together and practice self-care.
