Track 1: Unleashing Innovation Through Science
Unleashing Innovation Through Science includes presentations that use robust methods, tools, and/or measures to promote forward-thinking, advanced, “out-of-the-box” strategies or modernize traditional approaches. Presentations include projects focused on administrative or staff-level approaches and highlight creative methods used to achieve high-quality, effective, and efficient patient care.
Track 2: Fostering Excellence in Growth & Professional Development
Fostering Excellence in Growth and Professional Development presentations that demonstrate how the organization’s structure and leaders enhance and empower nurses and the interdisciplinary team to improve clinical practice, elevate the nursing profession, inspire professional and clinical progression, create a culture of safety, and advocate for the community.
Learning Objectives:
1. Translate evidence-based strategies into sustainable solutions.
2. Distinguish the long-term impact of transformational leadership on patient care and organizational outcomes.
3. Synthesize science-based innovations, technology, and research to advance nursing and clinical practice, enhance patient safety, promote resiliency, and elevate the nursing profession.
