Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) continue to pose significant challenges in hematologic oncology. Advancing treatment strategies for MDS hinges on a deeper understanding of the biological mechanisms governing hematopoietic stem cell function in both normal and stress conditions. To address this, the upcoming MDS symposium aims to bring together global experts specializing in hematopoiesis and MDS. This collaborative effort seeks to facilitate knowledge exchange, foster new insights, and drive forward molecular and therapeutic discoveries in the field of MDS.
