- The Baylor College of Medicine Psychiatry Clinic will offer two new support groups in March. Short-Term Interpersonal Psychotherapy is an eight-week session scheduled March 20-May 8, meeting on Mondays from 5:30-6:45 p.m. The fee is $80 for the eight sessions. Life Goes On is a grief/loss group is for people who have experienced a significant loss. The six week session is scheduled from March 24-April 28, meeting on Fridays, 5:15-6:30 p.m. Cost is $30. The Museum of Health and Medical Science
The Amazing Body Pavilion is a fantastic larger-than-life walking tour through the human body, with more than 80 interactive audio and video kiosks and hands-on displays. Also, see the giant kaleidoscope, mini-classes in anatomy, and much more. Don't miss Weird Science Saturday (March 11, 11 a.m., 12:30 and 2 p.m.): Fact or Friction, when weird scientists Ernie and Maria explore friction; hands-on activities will follow.
