Transforming Surgery 2017 – Innovations in GI Surgery, Endoscopy and Oncology
The Divisions of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine will host a two-day update on exciting innovations in surgery this January 13-14, 2017. This symposium will provide AMA-certified CME credit, which is aimed toward the practicing clinician. Topics will include innovative new methods to manage esophageal reflux, hernias, pancreatitis, carcinoid tumors, low rectal tumors, breast cancer, endocrine tumors, and acute surgical emergencies.
This exciting agenda will include lively debates, electronic audience participation, case presentations with expert panel discussion, and a keynote address from American College of Surgeons President, Dr. Courtney M.
