Our group is accompanied by internationally recognized scholars who will present the history of German and American eugenics, medicine during the Third Reich, the Nuremberg Doctors’ Trial and and its Nuremberg Code, and their relevance to contemporary medical practice, human subjects research, and healthcare policy.
Among other sites, we will see Josef Mengele’s MD thesis, the Hadamar Euthanasia Center, the Nuremberg Courtroom, the Nazi party rally grounds, Auschwitz, and Krakow. The specifics of the itinerary and registration materials can be found on the CMATH website.
