The fall course catalog for Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies that was mailed this month is replete with a wide variety of course offerings. This fall’s courses range from The World of Medieval Knights and The Multifaceted Life of Thomas Jefferson to The Future of Human Evolution, Great Animal Migrations and other courses in the arts. The school has several dozen other classes in the humanities and sciences, foreign languages and personal and professional development. The catalog cover’s owl image was created by chalk artists from Houston Via Colori as part of the school’s 50th anniversary celebration, “A Festival of Curiosity.”

Most courses are held in the school’s state-of-the-art Anderson-Clarke Center. Visit http://glasscock.rice.edu for course information and registration or call 713-348-4803.
